What do we use this information for?

• For contacting participants and/or their parent/ guardian.
• For health & safety reasons e.g. we collect medical information to the extent that it is required to assess a participants readiness for programmes and food consumption.
• For programme planning
• Generating reports which give an overview of the breakdown of participants by age, gender and area.
• These reports are used for programme and strategic planning and help us continuously improve the service we provide.

Who do we share your data with?

• We are committed to only sharing the data we collect if it is in the best interest of the participant and only at the required level.
• Some of the organisations we share information with are:
• City of Dublin Youth Service Board (our funder)
• Irish Youth Justice Service (funder)
• Department of Children and Youth Affairs
• Tusla Child and Family Agency
• Partner organisations if we are running a collaborative programme with them.
• Leargas (for Youth Exchanges and EVS programmes)
• Funding Agencies

We may need to share data with other organisations not listed above, solely in the interest of the participant and service delivery.

How long do we keep personal information?

• We retain information on all participants:
• Seven years past their 18^th Birthday or
• Seven years after their last engagement with the service
• Whichever is the greater of the two above.

• To ensure we comply with our Child Safeguarding policy.
• To ensure the smooth running of the use of space in the Centre

Where do we store our information?

We are fully committed to keeping all personal data submitted to us safe and secure. All necessary technical measures have been put in place to ensure the safety and security of the systems which hold your data. All hard copies of personal information are held in a secure location and all data is only accessible by necessary members of BRADOG YOUTH SERVICE staff.

BRADOG YOUTH SERVICE do not have internal CCTV in the building.

The external CCTV cameras are the responsibility of the Irish National Teachers Organisation (I.N.T.O). Please contact them if you would like a copy of their privacy statement around CCTV monitoring.

BRADOG YOUTH SERVICE website is a valuable tool used to promote the service and provide information to participants of programmes and events.

We currently do not collect personal data on our website.
